Dr. Kemper is driven to empower his patients and clients to take ownership of their health through sustainable changes in diet, movement, and mindset. He works with his patients using an open, empathetic, and evidence-based approach to whole-person wellness.

Dr. Kemper believes that lasting health is built on fundamental principles and sound nutritional science, not quick fixes. Born and raised in rural Wisconsin, he grew up on a dairy farm, which gave him an early appreciation for where food comes from and how it fuels the body. In his spare time, he enjoys strength training, trail running, fly fishing, and cooking plant-forward meals for his family.
